Final Draft is the industry standard screenwriting package for film and television and is used over 95% of productions.

This training course will introduce you to the both the software and the industry standards for script layout and amending. The hands-on training can be delivered using either version 9 or 10 of Final Draft and can be tailored to your current level of experience.

The course includes:

• Navigating the interface

• Understanding the functions available from the software

• Creating and formatting a script using Final Draft

• Saving, printing and exporting 

• Working in Production and using Revision Mode

• Locking and Amending

Previous sessions have been delivered for BECTU Vision, BBC Scotland, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and the Drama Training Programme.
